Customer Capabilities

  • Reject Offers: Customers have the option to reject any room rental offers made by the motel manager, providing them with control over their rental choices.

  • Real-Time Rent Cycle Viewing: Customers can see their rent cycle in real time, including how much time remains before their rent is due.

  • Rent Payments: Customers are able to pay their rent directly through the system. If a customer fails to pay rent on time, the amount will be added as a bill that must be settled.


Bill Restrictions

  • Renting Restrictions: If a customer has an outstanding bill, they may be restricted from renting new rooms. This setting is configurable, allowing for flexible management of rental policies.
