At the moment everyone can collect drugs, but you can limit the people who sell these drugs at the dealer, by enabling Config.SellOnlyJob inside config_seller.lua

Just below this configuration we can add different whitelist jobs so that the seller recognizes you and allows you to sell drugs to him
