Add weapons addon

Keep in mind that if a weapon does not work it could also be an option that the weapon you are testing is not compatible with your gamebuild or your version of GTA, there are even cases where the weapon literally does not work and we cannot take care of such a thing.

Please DO NOT USE capital letters on items or weapons.

This step is really simple, to create addon weapons, you must add them to qb-core/shared/weapons.lua and qb-core/shared/items.lua, there you can see thousands of examples with other weapons already created.
